1884 Struck outer south pier at Grand Haven, MI & sank; placed in caisson at Ferrysburg, MI for repairs.

1885, Feb 9 Went to aid of steamer ONEIDA, became caught in ice also.

1885, Mar 9 Crushed & sunk by ice after being trapped for 42 days.

1906, Jul 16 Crosby Transportation Co. attempting to locate & raise MICHIGAN.

2005, Jun Located by Michigan Shipwreck Research Associates.
