1849, May 20 Fire box collapsed while on trial trip; one killed.

1849, Jul 14 Enrolled Detroit, MI as new vessel.

Ran with UNDINE in Detroit & Windsor ferry service; later with GEM & OTTAWA.

1863 Ran with ESSEX, GEM, UNION, TRANSIT, & WINDSOR; owned J. Forbes, Detroit, MI.

1864 Rebuilt after damaged by explosion; owned Forbes, Detroit.

1865 Readmeasured; 118.53 gross tons.

1872, Nov 17 Retired from ferry service; upper works removed & used as barge.
