1840 Enrolled Michilimackinac; tonnage 56 59/95.

1840s Carried first mass boulder of copper from Ontonagon to Sault.

Carried first samples of Lake Superior iron ore.

Carried supplies to build Fort Wilkins at Copper Harbor.

Helped salvage steamer INDEPENDENCE at Ashland, WI.

1848 Enrolled Sault Ste. Marie; owned Sheldon McKnight.

1852 Rescued passengers/crew from wrecked steamer MONTICELLO, Keweenaw Point.

1853, Nov 17 Enrolled Michilimackinac; owned Hugh McCullock, William Spalding, & Charles Childs all of Sault Ste. Marie.

1853, Dec 17 Enrolled Michilimackinac; owned James Carson & Henry Close, Ontonagon County.

1854, Jun 1 Owned J.T. Whiting & J.D. Angus.

1855, Jul 19 Owned & mastered by A. Davidson.

1857 Reportedly chartered by Capt. J.J. Hibbard; carried supplies to Burlington Bay, N. Lake Superior.

1858 Carried lumber from Iron River to Superior, WI.

1858 Fall Damaged by fire at Superior.
