1838, Nov Chartered to Canadian Government as SIR JOHN COLBORNE; for patrol boat in Patriot War.

1839, Aug Returned to Buffalo owners.

1839, Sep 23 Sold to Morris Hazard, Solomon Juneau, Buffalo.

1840 Laid up at Buffalo due to litigation regarding ownership.

1841, Jul 4 Pirated by Juneau, taken to Lake Michigan, went hard aground, Milwaukee River.

1842, Nov Litigation resolved, owned Oliver Newberry, Detroit; engine removed to NILE.

1843 Re-engined.

1843, Apr Steamer ILLINOIS took engine to Detroit to be installed in NILE.

1847, May 24 Owned Charles Howard, Detroit; rebuilt Sandusky, OH.
