1846, Sep 18 Enrolled Michilimackinac; ran Sault Ste. Marie - Copper Harbor with ore.

1847 Made a propeller; machinery installed; second or third steamer on

Lake Superior; INDEPENDENCE & BALTIMORE preceeding her; 180 tons.

1847, Apr First cargo of season, 28 tons copper from Cliff Mines of Boston & Pittsburg Co, 2700 pounds.

1847, Jul Carried passengers from LaPointe.

1849 Chartered to Sheldon McKnight carrying ore on Lake Superior.

1849, May 16 Enrolled Sault Ste Marie as propeller.

1850 Made passenger steamer, ran on Lake Superior Line - Sault Ste. Marie, Carp River, Copper Harbor, Eagle River & Isle Royale.

1850, Dec 1 Aground Eagle Harbor, Lake Superior.

1851, Jun 21 Owned John R. Livingston, Sault Ste. Marie & Sheldon McKnight, Detroit; 3 decks, one mast.

1851, Dec 1 Driven ashore on Lake Superior along with propeller INDEPENDENCE.

1851, Dec 20 Arrived Marquette with much needed winter supplies.

1853 Stuntz arrived Minnesota Point on this vessel.

1854 181.75 tons Michilimackinac

1854, Jun 8 Owned Owen et al, Sault Ste. Marie District; enrolled Michilimackinac same day; owned Ransom, Sheldon & Columbus C. Douglas, Portagel.

1855, Jun 23 Sunk, Saint Mary's River with copper from Lake Superior.

1855, Aug 23 Raised & drydocked, Detroit, MI

1855, Oct 6 Owned John Prigin (Pridgeon), Detroit; one deck, 1 mast, 181.789 tons; made a lighter; used in St. Clair Flats helping vessels over shoals in north channel.
